Translation Summary

Translation diary is a proper tool to administer your translation history, to make statistics on your language pairs, topics, to calculate your average prices and to see your development. I am also using it for application for a project, sending reference materials or demonstrating my experience, or simply just for source of vocabulary and professional terms.

As usual, this year I made my diagram and I found out that my translation in legal topics are much ahead. Of course, I must add that having a solid partner I was regularly submitting translations of regulations and decrees on forestry, fishery and agriculture, building constructions, clean energy, IT-technology, communication and other industries. It is a pleasure for me that subtitling of movies and TV-series are also showing increase. I really love that jobs, although I must admit that that is a special job and set of mind, and it needs skills and abilities a bit different than a text-translation.

The result is more than 10,5 million characters, i.e. circa 3 million words!!!

I was pleasantly surprised because of the last year figures and I am heading to another successful year.
